Wellness has been my passion since I was about 20 years old, which eventually led me to study Health & Exercise Science at the University of Oklahoma. In addition to my Bachelor’s, I currently hold certifications for Personal training, Wellness coaching, and General + Sports Nutrition coaching.

My own fitness journey has been a struggle at times, but it’s taught me the importance of balancing body, mind, and spirit in order to achieve the best version of myself. I believe in breaking the stigma of the scale and approaching diet + exercise intuitively to avoid burnout and relapse. Wellness is never one-size-fits-all and is an ever-evolving process throughout the lifespan. My favorite areas within wellness is hormonal health and sport + exercise Nutrition

In my free time, you can usually find me curled up with my pup watching a crime drama, playing video games, or rooting for OU football on saturdays in the fall.
